Es kann maximal eine Scheibe pro Seite verwendet werden. Die Scheiben sind kombinierbar, es kann aber auch mit einer Scheibe trainiert werden. So bestimmen Sie selbst die Intensität des Trainings.

Die Widerstandsscheiben des Kynett HOME haben eine andere Größe als die Widerstandsscheiben der anderen Kynett-Geräte. Die Widerstandsscheiben der anderen Kynett-Geräte passen nicht in das Kynett HOME.
