Die 6 mm Scheiben können nur in der Kynett FIT, PRO und ULTIMATE und nicht in der Kynett HOME verwendet werden!
Der zum Trainieren verwendete Widerstand wird nicht in Kilogramm, sondern in einem Trägheitsmoment kgm2 ausgedrückt. Jeder Körper, der sich um eine bestimmte Achse dreht, hat ein sogenanntes Trägheitsmoment. Das Trägheitsmoment kann anhand der Masse und Abmessungen der rotierenden Scheibe berechnet werden.
