Product Description

With this 12 mm disc set is it possible to train very hard! The 12 mm discs can only be used in the Kynett FIT, PRO and ULTIMATE Flywheel and not in the Kynett HOME and ONE Flyhweel!

The resistance used to train is not expressed in kilograms but in a moment of inertia kgm2. Every object that rotates on a certain axis has a so-called moment of inertia. The moment of inertia can be calculated based on the mass and dimensions of the rotating disk.

Step 1

With one hand you hold the disc and with the other hand you loosen the quick release button.

Step 2

The quick release button can be removed. It has a spring-loaded mechanism, simply pull the quick release button outwards. and the quick release button is released.

Step 3

Grab the disc with both hands and slide it off the center axle. Replace the disc with another disc. A thicker disc in mm makes the exercises more difficult and slower; a thinner disc in mm makes the exercises easier and more explosive. Reattach the replaced discs with the quick release button and close the door.
