Das Kynett 4 mm Scheibensatz eignet sich sehr gut für das Training des Unterkörpers, für mehr Intensität aber auch für ruhige Bewegungsformen und ist standardmäßig bei Kynett FIT und PRO dabei.

Der zum Trainieren verwendete Widerstand wird nicht in Kilogramm, sondern in einem Trägheitsmoment kgm2 ausgedrückt. Jeder Körper, der sich um eine bestimmte Achse dreht, hat ein sogenanntes Trägheitsmoment. Das Trägheitsmoment kann anhand der Masse und Abmessungen der rotierenden Scheibe berechnet werden.

Step 1

With one hand you hold the disc and with the other hand you loosen the quick release button.

Step 2

The quick release button can be removed. It has a spring-loaded mechanism, simply pull the quick release button outwards. and the quick release button is released.

Step 3

Grab the disc with both hands and slide it off the center axle. Replace the disc with another disc. A thicker disc in mm makes the exercises more difficult and slower; a thinner disc in mm makes the exercises easier and more explosive. Reattach the replaced discs with the quick release button and close the door.
