An innovative and effective way of training! With loose weights such as dumbbells, barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells you train mainly concentrically. This means that you use your muscles to lift the weight. With the Kynett ONE you experience both concentric and eccentric resistance.
Due to the fast rotating flywheel, the Kynett ONE will also retract after your pulling movement, just like a yo-yo. The harder you pull the cord, the harder the flywheel will pull back afterwards. You will have to slow down the retraction of the yoyo. That is why you train not only when pulling, but also when braking. This causes excentric resistance, which has been scientifically proven to be enormously effective in building strong muscles and in rehabilitating injuries.

Thanks to its compact and durable design, a Kynett ONE takes up virtually no space. This innovative way of training offers the possibility to train within a range of 1.5 meters all muscle groups. This eliminates the need to rent or buy expensive fitness equipment, dumbbells and large spaces. The Kynett ONE comes with a robust case and mounting material, so you can train wherever and whenever you want!
A loose weight is heavy because gravity pulls the weight towards the earth. As a result, you can only train your muscles in one direction, i.e. the opposite of gravity. However, there are a lot of muscles and movements that cannot be trained in this direction. Think of horizontal movements such as a fore- and backhand when playing tennis, a jab when boxing, or simply throwing a ball. This makes the Kynett ONE suitable for many target groups such as top sports, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, personal training, fitness and sports-specific training. All muscle groups can be trained (eccentrically), both lightly and intensively, as well as at speed and strength.
The gravity of the resistance is determined by means of resistance disks. The Kynett ONE is supplied as standard with two discs of 3 mm thickness. Lighter resistance discs of 2 mm or heavier discs of 4 mm can also be used. The discs can be combined, but it is also possible to train with one disc. This allows you to determine the intensity of your training!
Note: The Kynett ONE is designed to hold only 1 discs at the time on each side. You cannot stack the discs!
